About

Hi, I'm Ariel.

I'm a real estate agent and licensed apartment locator in Austin. Before real estate, I spent nearly 20 years in human-centered design, redesigning services like Medicare.gov and figuring out why people get stuck on hard decisions.

That work left me with one approach: find out what a person actually cares about, put real numbers against it, then say plainly what the numbers show.

Buying, selling, or renting a home is one of the hardest decisions people make. So I start with what a home has to do for you, check what it rents for and what it could resell for, notice how it actually lives day to day, and tell you what I see.

How I work

01

I run the numbers when they matter.

If you're investor-minded, I'll show you what a home could rent for and what it could resell for, so you know what you're really buying.

02

I notice what others walk past.

Layout, light, and how a space will actually be lived in matter as much as square footage.

03

I tell you what I see.

If a house isn't right, you'll hear it from me before you hear it from an inspector.

Why I built Discovr

Most agents send a list of links. I wanted my clients to have a search that actually learns what they care about, so I built one.

You can search in plain English, save and react to homes, and ask Remi, the guide built into Discovr, questions as you go. I see what you love and what you pass on, so my recommendations get sharper.

I also built DealStackr, the tool I use to analyze a property's numbers before you make an offer.
