Who we are
Discovr is a home search site run by Ariel Steinberg, REALTOR®, with Lion Drive Realty in Austin, Texas. You can reach Ariel at arielconnectsatx@gmail.com or 650.785.8745.
What we collect
When you send a form, we keep your name, email, optional phone number, what you're looking for, your timeline, and anything you write to us. We also note which page you came from and which listings you looked at, so Ariel can help with the right homes. If you make an account, we keep the homes you save, your reactions, your searches and your questions.
How we use it
We use your information to help you find a place, to reply to you, and to send you homes and updates about your search. We don't sell your information.
Texts and email
Ariel only texts you if you checked the box agreeing to texts. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
AI in signed-in features
After you sign in, Discovr uses AI to help with some features, such as answering questions about a listing and understanding what you're looking for. It only works from listing data and what you tell it. Nothing it guesses becomes part of your search unless you confirm it. Public pages don't use AI on your information.
What Ariel can see
Ariel can see the homes you save or pass on, questions you send her, and a short summary of topics you asked about. She can't see your private notes or your full conversations.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing arielconnectsatx@gmail.com. Signed-in clients can also edit or reset what Discovr has learned from inside their account.
Fair housing
We never collect, filter or rank by race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin or any other protected class.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date below. Last updated October 1, 2026.
